A week long retreat in Cyprus. Expect crystal clear warm waters, amazing food, sea caves, shipwrecks, reefs and fish galore - a swimmers paradise. The average water temp for November 20-22C and the air similar. The week will be spent enjoying the breath taking seas around Cyprus, with plenty of time for relaxing and enjoying mountains, shopping and archeological sites.

The week includes

• Hotel breakfast, and dinners at a local restaurant

• Accommodation for 7 nights in a 4 star hotel

• Pick up from Paphos airport

• Travel while in Cyprus

• All swims and safety cover

Swims and Ability Level

Swimmers should be comfortable swimming 1km in around 45 mins. We often have 2 swims a day, split into 1km in the morning, and another in the afternoon, although this is adjusted to the group and conditions.

Proposed Itinerary - please note this will change with up to date froecasts​

Saturday - collected from Pahpohs Airport. Flights land via Easyjet on Saturday from Bristol, London, Manchester and Edinburgh. Once collected we will drive you to the hotel in Paphos which will be our base for the week. Dinner/settling in

Sunday - Meet, brief and swim locally in the AM. Lunch, swim 2 and home

Monday -A hike and swim day, around 2 hours walking, and 3 different swim spots

Tuesday - We enjoy a morning swim, and then in the afternoon we have the option of relaxing, shopping, and world heritage sites in Paphos

Wednesday - A day spent hiking and swimming amongst ship wrecks and reefs

Thursday - This day will be spent in 2 halves, sea caves, and then a more secluded spot in the afternoon or the choice of heading into the mountains

Friday - Heading to the South Coast we will explore Limassol shipwrecks

Saturday - Check out, say our goodbyes and head off to the airport

Refund Policy

- If we need to cancel the holiday for any reason then you will be offered a free transfer onto another swim with the same value, or you can have a 100% refund

- If you need to cancel:

8 weeks before the swim – The deposit is non refundable, any money paid on - top of the deposit will be refunded

4 weeks before the swim – The deposit is non refundable, any money paid on - top of the deposit – 50% will be refunded

Less than 4 weeks before the swim – no refund of any monies paid
