Ride The Tide - The Yealm
Location - Noss Mayo, swimming downstream
Distance - Tidal Assisted 2.5km, average group takes 1.5 hours

The Swoosh is a unique tidal-assisted open-water swim, using the movement of the water to carry you along the coastline. Carefully planned around the tides, this swim offers a flowing, exhilarating experience with stunning coastal scenery, all guided and supported by our friendly, professional team. The Swoosh ends with a fantastic 'Swoosh' - as the river narrows and you get swept along to the end!

The Down and Round
Location - Aveton Gifford to Bigbury
Distance - Tidal Assisted 9km, average group takes 3.5 hours
Overview
The Down and Round is a combination of The Swoosh into Burgh Island - combining 2 of the classic South West Swims. Enjoying several km's of tidal assisted swimming, and then swimming Burgh Island clockwise. exhilarating experience with stunning coastal scenery, all guided and supported by our friendly, professional team. A gel is included around half way to keep energy up!

The Great Mewstone
Location - Accessed from Mount Batten, Plymouth
Distance - 1km
Overview
Adventure swimming at it's best! Swim 1km around the Great Mewstone, a secluded island off the South Devon coastline filled with history and wildlife. This tour starts in Mount Batten and we enjoy a 30 minute RIB ride out to the Mewstone before jumping off the boat for the swim. Once back on the boat, we enjoy a hot chocolate and snack before motoring back into Plymouth.
